Israeli Jews Say, It’s Our Jerusalem!

With American President Donald Trump’s upcoming visit to Israel, a lot has been made of the US moving it’s embassy to Jerusalem. Will he or won’t he?

Then there's the controversy surrounding diplomats stationed at the US consulate in East Jerusalem. They recently refused to hold talks with Israeli officials about arrangements for Trump's trip to the Western Wall, claiming that it’s in the West Bank, and therefore the Israeli government has no authority over it.

The White House distanced itself later, saying that “these comments, if true, were not authorized by the White House. They do not reflect the US position, and certainly not the President’s position.”

But afterword, again, both White House press secretary Sean Spicer and Trump’s national security advisor, H.R. McMaster, when questioned about the Western Wall, refused to say whether it’s part of Israel or not.

Well, let me tell you something, the nearly 4,000 year old Jewish people don’t need anybody’s recognition of Jerusalem as our capital city. God recognizes it as such. For over 3,000 years, since King David made Jerusalem his capital, it’s been the capital of the Jewish people, whether we’ve had an independent Jewish political entity – kingdom, commonwealth, state - or not. And the Western Wall, it’s been holy to Jews since the destruction of the second temple, nearly two thousand years ago.

Now that Jerusalem has been re-unified, Jews aren’t ready to give it up. Jerusalem has never been the capital city of any other people or sovereign entity, and Israeli Jews overwhelmingly agree that it should be kept that way.

According to a poll by the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs, in March 2017, 79% of Israeli Jews said it’s important to retain a unified Jerusalem under Israeli sovereignty, while only 15% said it’s not important.

About the embassy issue, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu just said once again that, “It’s fitting that all the embassies – first and foremost that of our friend the United States – will be relocated to Jerusalem, which is their natural place.”

In fact, Jacob Nagel, who served as Netanyahu’s National Security Advisor has said that, “I heard the Prime Minister saying this in dozens of meetings with state leaders - and even jokingly adding that they should choose a place for the embassy, because there will soon be no vacancy in Jerusalem."

Even opposition MK Tzipi Livni (Zionist Union) agreed, and she doesn’t often agree with Netanyahu. In a recent interview, Tzipi Livni was asked, do you support the transfer of the American Embassy to Jerusalem? She answered, "Like every Israeli, I want to see the American Embassy and the other embassies move to Jerusalem, the capital of Israel."

Then there’s Education Minister Naftali Bennett (Jewish Home), who recently tweeted, “I call on the Prime Minister to make it clear that we expect the American government to move the embassy to Jerusalem and to recognize Jerusalem as the united capital of Israel.” He continued, "Just like embassies for countries around the world are located in the American capital, Washington, they should be located in Jerusalem, our capital for some 3,000 years.”

And while welcoming the new American ambassador to Israel, David Friedman, Israeli President Reuven Rivlin said, "I'm happy to welcome you and your dear wife to Israel, to Jerusalem, the capital city of Israel, and I'm welcoming you, not only as the President of Israel, but also as a Jerusalemite - seventh generation." Rivlin then reminded him that, "Next week we will celebrate 50 years since Jerusalem was united and Jews were able to once again pray at the Western Wall. But Jewish Jerusalem isn't 50 years old. Since the days of King David, this city has been our capital." Rivlin continued, "It is time for the whole world to recognize Jerusalem as the official capital of the State of Israel."

Not long ago, Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely (Likud), while touring the Old City of Jerusalem, stated that dividing Jerusalem “is definitely not a good idea, even if it was practically possible...When you go and actually look at the communities, Jewish and Arab communities are right next to each. Everything is so tight and close, you can’t divide Jerusalem.” She contended that Israeli control of the city “is the only way to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and safe.”

So, although there’s always much disagreement among politicians across the political spectrum on a wide variety of issues, most Israelis agree on two things, all embassies should be in the capital, Jerusalem, and Jerusalem should remain undivided under Israeli sovereignty.

Recently, the Prime Minister’s Office issued a statement reading, "The transfer of the American Embassy to Jerusalem not only will not harm the peace process, but the opposite. It will advance it by correcting a historic injustice and by smashing the Palestinian fantasy that Jerusalem is not the capital of Israel."

Bennett also tweeted, “Moving the US embassy to the Israeli capital strengthens Israel, and strengthens the chances for a true peace, since any agreement based on the division of Jerusalem is destined to fail.”
But one thing missed by many on the political right; building an American embassy by itself, in the Talpiot neighborhood of Jerusalem - on the western side of the city - does not preclude the division of Jerusalem. Giving eastern Jerusalem – liberated from Jordan in 1967 - to the Palestinians for the capital of their state, is still possible. Some on the Israeli left could live with this.

Remember candidate Trump said, ‘’A lot will have to do with Israel and whether or not Israel wants to make the deal – whether or not Israel's willing to sacrifice certain things.’’ Is recognizing Israeli control only over western Jerusalem, but intending to re-divide the city, Trump’s real plan? With all his problems at home, will Trump start to focus on the Peace Process?

Are some Israeli politicians who call for American and world wide recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, being duplicitous? Only time will tell.

In the mean time, Israelis and Jews around the world, soon will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of Jerusalem’s liberation and re-unification under sovereign Jewish control.

Happy Jerusalem Day!

Recovering From Peace Process Delusional Disorder in Israel

Peace Process Delusional Disorder (PPDD), the obsessive and delusional drive to create an dangerous Arab/Islamic state in the Land of Israel, has plagued many leaders and activists throughout the world. After having smoked the peace pipe for over twenty years, many Israelis on the left of the political spectrum, need help recovering from their delusions and addiction. Not only the Israeli far-left, Breaking the Silence, Peace Now, Meretz and the other addicts like them, but those who unwittingly imbibed second hand smoke as well, like grassroots BDS activists, need help urgently.
Peace addiction has become the scourge of the new millennium. A new twelve step program of recovery, Peace Addicts Anonymous (PAA), has to be promoted vigorously, to rid those afflicted in Israel and globally.

And what is Peace Addicts Anonymous (PAA) twelve step program, you ask?
1. We admit to being powerless over the peace drug. Our lives have become contumacious and endangered.

2. Came to believe that a power greater than ourselves could restore our security.

3. Made a decision to turn our political will over to the God of Israel as understood by the Jewish sages.

4. Made a searching inventory of ourselves and the anti-Israel propaganda we've spread.

5. Admitted to God and to society, the destructive nature of radical Islam and peace addiction.

6. Were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of political analysis.

7. Humbly asked Him to fix our moral compass.

8. Made a list of all persons injured and murdered because of our political arrogance and became willing to support Israeli communities throughout the Land of Israel.

9. Made direct amends to such people and communities wherever possible.

10. Continued to take personal inventory and strive to reset our moral compass when we saw how wrong we were.

11. Sought through prayer and political activism to improve our contact with the God of Israel as understood by the Jewish sages, praying for knowledge of His will for us, true political insight, and the power to carry that out.

12. Having had a spiritual and political awakening because of working these steps, we tried to carry this message to all peace addicts, and to practice them in our lives and political affairs.

A new dawn is arising, change is coming, the light of day is shining on a world where only Islamic darkness, addiction and despair had previously reined. Islam calls itself the religion of peace, yet Donald Trump seems to understand who the enemy is.

Recently with the Brexit vote, Brits chose to withdraw from the EU, rather than let possible Syrian/ISIS terrorists into their country. Polls show that parties throughout Europe, supporting similar policies, are on the rise. America's Obama-care will soon get an overhaul by the new Trump administration in Washington. I hope they add a version of the PAA twelve step program to their health care system as well.

And what about Israel?
The chief ''peace pusher'' in Israel, Shimon Peres, retired permanently, not long ago. Will Israelis be treated, to get off the peace pipe? Will Israel add peace addiction recovery programs to it's basket of health services? Will Netanyahu finally declare the two-state solution - a euphemism for Islam's final solution - dead?

Or, does Netanyahu himself have to go to rehab? Only time will tell.

Time for Jewish Self-Determination, Again

What I’m about to say is going to be sooo... politically incorrect. Holocaust Memorial Days, Holocaust Museums, and all the crying we, as the Jewish People, go through every year at this time, probably counts for little with God, while staying in the exile.

Now I’m not claiming to have a direct WhatsApp with Him, but I know He took our people out of Egypt, gave us a little oasis time at Mt. Sinai, with earth shattering consequences and commanded us to go to the land of our Forefathers, the Promised Land.

The commandment to make Aliyah - move to Israel - remains on the books for all time.

So when global Judeopathy rears its ugly head, in anti-Semitic and/or anti-Zionist garb, the natural reaction of a historically battered and abused people is to play victim looking for sympathy. It might work with some nice people, but reminding haters what was done to us in the past only whets their appetite. Go look at the message boards of neo-Nazi types, very far Leftist kooks, and Islamic radicals. You’ll see they make fun of the museums, the memorial days, and the crying Jews.

The only response to Jew haters is Jewish self-defense. Our long history of suffering, teaches us to be self-reliant, and not depend on the “kindnesses” of the nations. That use of Jewish power, to protect Jewish communities, can’t really be used while in someone else's country.

Jewish power to protect and advance Jewish interests can most effectively be used only by a sovereign state, Israel.

Sometimes “well meaning’’ people degrade our tragic history, the abuse we suffered from the hands of other nations. For example, Pope Francis recently called refugee and migrant centers in Europe “concentration camps.” “These refugee camps — so many are concentration camps, crowded with people,” the pope said. Others compare the Holocaust, to the slavery suffered by African-Americans, the decimation of Native Americans, Genocides in Armenia, Rwanda, Cambodia, and other places. All examples of man’s inhumanity to man, I might add. Although terrible tragedies in their own right, as a Jew, who knows his own history; to paraphrase Robert S. Wistrich’s book title, anti-Semitism is the longest hatred.

I didn’t intend to start comparing sufferings, but, to shatter the idol of Holocaust remembrance activities.

Honor the past, but build the future. Wouldn’t all the money and effort spent, building Holocaust museums, be better spent on Jewish education with the goal of Aliyah? Wouldn't it be better invested in building the future, a real Jewish future, in Israel.

I have to tell the truth, Holocaust museums are not preventing intermarriage and assimilation.

Yes, Jews still fast every year on the ninth of Av – Tisha B’Av – mourning the destruction of both the first and second temples. But that’s because we still haven’t built the Third Temple yet. Temples that were on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, temples that Arafat, Abbas, and other “Palestinian leaders and intellectuals” have denied ever existed, I might add.

But, the State of Israel exists today and Jerusalem is united and under Jewish control again. Hebron, city of our forefathers and mothers, first capital of David’s kingdom for nearly seven years, and a thriving Jewish town today, in spite of Muslim, and British attempts to depopulate it, of it’s Jews; in fact, all the biblical heartland, Judea and Samaria, is under Jewish control, and thriving again.

With Israeli independence Day recently and Jerusalem and Hebron Days coming up, how can the Jewish world focus on past tragedies so much? Dare I say, obsess over them?

Yes, we must honor the suffering of our ancestors, but we must also, build a memorial, a State of Israel, they would be proud of. The answer to both assimilation - the silent holocaust – and global Judeopathy, is Aliyah. And once there, to build a truly Jewish State. A State of Israel, with a strong economy, military, and thriving Jewish culture. By moving there, Jews can finally enjoy a secure and true Jewish life.

If you Google “self-determination” you will receive two definitions:

1. the process by which a country determines its own statehood and forms its own allegiances and government.

2. the process by which a person controls their own life.

The Jews in Israel as representatives of the Jewish nation, began the first part in 1948. Every Jew in the “Golah” - the exile – including America, must activate the second part, by getting on a plane and moving to “Israel: The Jewish Affirmative Action State,” as I called it, in an earlier article.

As I’ve argued before, in “To Hell With Auschwitz, Give Me Israel,” and “Israel: The Only True Memorial to Auschwitz” the perfidy of the nations and the tepid defense of Jews by Israeli authorities, from Arab murder, inside the Jewish state, demand to be addressed.

Yes, yes, I know your going to say, but Israel listens to America…where’s the independence?

Sometimes; that’s because after nearly 2,000 years of exile and abuse, Jews still haven’t completely digested the concept of true independence, true self-determination.

In 1948 Jews gained political independence, but as the old saying goes, It’s harder to take the Galut (exile mentality) out of the Jew, than to take the Jew out of the Galut (the physical exile). But only in the Jewish homeland, do we have the complete right to try. Maybe that’s why God wants us in Israel.

Israelis must also actuate their right to Jewish self-determination. Only in the Jewish state can Jews as Jews, fully control their individual and national destiny, unfettered by the influences of the nations, and securely build their future.

Jew! Study Torah, learn your history, language (Hebrew) and culture, and participate in the rebirth of your political independence and unique Jewish civilization, by moving to Israel, now. Don’t wait for the next attempted Holocausting to memorialize.

Time for Jewish Self-Determination, Again!

Don’t Cheat This Time, Marwan Barghouti

According to the latest pictures I’ve seen of Marwan Barghouti, he can use a little dieting. He’s grown a bit heavier, with his sedentary lifestyle of late. Not like the early 2000’s, when he was active and busy planning the murders of hundreds of Jews. Some say, he helped plan the entire Oslo War - second intifadah.

Of course cheating on his diet – i.e. hunger strike – as he did earlier in the century, is no way to take off the pounds.

That’s right, terrorist mastermind, mass murderer and part time dieter Marwan Barghouti, called for a Palestinian security prisoner hunger strike recently, the same Marwan who was caught in the past on video cheating, eating food, while his comrades starved themselves to liberate “Palestine”.

As I wrote in “Palestinian Leaders Trick Their People Again” (2004), “...while his fellow prisoners were refraining from food, Marwan Barghouti, the Tanzim terrorist leader, was caught on camera feeding his face. First he covered the door and window of his cell - so as not to be seen - then he washed his hands and pigged out. According to Prison Services spokesman Ofer Lefler, Barghouti asked wardens for the food and ate without knowing that a camera was filming from a small hole in the wall. Israel wanted to catch him, to show fasting prisoners how their leader was behaving, Lefler said. I want to show the world and the Palestinians that we are dealing with terrorists, Lefler continued, Barghouti is sitting on a pot of meat and he sends his friends to die.”

Barghouti was a leader of the first intifadah, who was arrested by Israel and deported to Jordan for seven years. He was allowed to return under the Oslo deal in 1994. He was later elected to the Palestinian Legislative Council in 1996. Barghouti founded the al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigade terror group and was the leader of Fatah’s armed wing, the Tanzim terrorist organization during the Oslo War, before being captured by Israeli forces in April 2002. He was tried in 2004, the court acquitted him of 21 counts of murder in 33 attacks for “lack of sufficient evidence.” But he was sentenced to five life sentences for five murders in three attacks, plus an additional 40 years imprisonment for attempted murder.

Even so, for years, assorted Israeli leftists, like Gush Shalom, former MKs Yossi Beilin, Meir Sheetrit, and even Shimon Peres, and some world leaders, have looked at Barghouti as a possible successor to Mahmoud Abbas, capable of delivering a peace agreement. Many of them touting him to be more moderate than Abbas.

He must be, last year Belgian Members of Parliament from across the political spectrum, nominated Barghouti for the Nobel Peace Prize. He seems to be following in the footsteps of that other well known peace monger, Yasser Arafat.

In addition to his former terrorist exploits, when Marwan Barghouti has made political statements, he’s said things such as, “After we attain a Palestinian state [in Judea and Samaria], there will be greater things for which to strive... There is no room for more than one state between the Jordan and the Mediterranean.” More moderate than Abbas?

Peace delusional Israelis and others, only see Barghouti’s friendly side. But as a terrorist leader and then pop-star security prisoner for the last fifteen years, Barghouti is very popular on the Palestinian street. According to the last poll done by the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research, about elections, No. 59 in 2016, if the presidential elections were between Marwan Barghouti and Ismail Haniyeh of Hamas, Barghouti would receive 57% and Haniyeh would receive only 39% of the vote. Evidently violence - murdering Jews - sells in “Palestine”.

Barghouti was recently elected to the Fatah Executive Committee. And, according to Dr. Mordechai Kedar of the BESA Center at Bar-Ilan University, in spite of the list of demands of the prisoners, Barghouti really organized the hunger strike “...because he wants to position himself as ‘the leader’ not only inside the prisons, but of all the Palestinian Authority. He wants to challenge Abbas...”
It seems Palestinians love their leaders murderous, corrupt, and duplicitous, they’re probably cheering him on...

After his Op-Ed and the NYT scandal, Israel moved Barghouti to solitary confinement. He might find it easier to eat there again, away from the eyes of the other prisoners.
Well, if you want to be president, don’t cheat this time Marwan. Put that piece of pizza down!

The God of Israel is Also a God of War!

What do 1948, 1967, 1973; in fact every situation of total war where the modern State of Israel was fully committed to victory; have in common? The God of Israel gave victory to the Jewish people.

‘’HaShem Ish Milchama...’’ God is the Lord of War (Exodus 15:3). This was sung by the Jewish people on the seventh day of Passover, after the God of Israel drowned the Egyptian Army in the sea.

Why do I remind you of this? Because I read something that infuriated me.

In a statement published recently, Sheikh Muhammad Hussein, Palestinian Authority Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, said that if Jews ‘’...hold Pesach (Passover), religious ceremonies on the Temple Mount...and continue attacks against the Muslim and Palestinian holy sites...it will turn the entire region into a ticking time bomb and cause a religious war, who’s results cannot be fathomed.”

Basically, he’s threatening war if Jews try to fulfill their religious commitments.
Every red-blooded, living, committed Jew desires the return of the Bet HaMikdash - the Holy Temple, the House of God – on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. But even before that, Korban Pesach, the Passover Offering, can be brought. There are no halachic – Jewish Law – problems, to prevent it from being carried out properly. Every year, we substitute the Afikoman – as a reminder of Korban Pesach - at the end of every Passover Seder.

But we could be doing the real thing, what God commanded Jews to do in the Torah!
I find it a joke, when Arabs, Muslims, Palestinians, etc. regularly threaten a religious war, as if that isn’t what’s been going on already, since the beginning of Zionism, Kibbutz Galiyot – the prophesied return of the Jewish people to the Land of their forefathers, the Land of Israel – and with all of Israel’s wars.

Whether people of little belief understand it or not, every stabbing, every shooting, every act of terror and war by Arabs and Muslims against Jews, is a part of a long religious war process taking place, that’s how they understand it.
Well, let me tell you, there are Jews who understand this too! YOU DON’T SCARE US WITH YOUR THREATS!

...A religious war, who’s results cannot be fathomed,” Hussein quipped. We know what the results will be, just like every other war against the State of Israel, victory for the Jewish people again. “The beginning of redemption comes through wars” (Megillah 17b).
‘’HaShem Ish Milchama...’’ The God of Israel is a Warrior, the Lord is his name (Exodus 15:3).

This is the same Sheikh Hussein, who declared back in August 2016, that the entire city of Jerusalem belongs to Islam and the Arabs, and must be defended against the Jews. Hussein asserted then that “each floor of the holy city, every remnant of the city, and every centimeter, attest to the fact that it is an Arab and Islamic city, whose roots lie deep in history and culture.”
So, we’re familiar with his rewriting of history, lies and incitement to violence already. Other PA leaders from Abbas on down have mouthed these lies also. But, everyone in the world knows Jerusalem is the capital of the Jewish people, whether they like to admit it or not.

What prompted this latest outburst of the mufti? The mere attempt to re-enact Korban Pesach – not even the real thing - by the Temple Institute and other Temple Mount organizations, near not on, the Temple mount in Jerusalem.
As thieves and occupiers of someone else’s inheritance, the so-called Palestinians, rightfully fear the process of history unfolding in our days. Their Islamic lies, their claim of God’s rejection of the Jewish people, are regularly being proven false.

The Korban Pesach, I might add, represents complete faith in the God of Israel and his redemptive process and total rejection of any fear of the gentile. In Egypt, sheep were worshiped, yet the Children of Israel were commanded by God, to sacrifice sheep, for the first Pesach Seder, to show the complete impotence of the Egyptian god. The next day, the Jews left Egypt in broad daylight, heads held high. The Egyptians could do nothing to stop them.

The same is true today, of the current redemptive process taking place; the Arabs, the Muslims, the UN, no one can stop it. Rewriting history, lies, terror, war or threats of war, will not stop the forward march of the Jewish people toward their destiny.

The God of Israel, wants all his creatures to live in peace, and create a world of good, but not at any cost, evil must be vanquished first.

‘’HaShem Ish Milchama...’’ God is the Master of War (Exodus 15:3).

Happy Passover!

It’s About Security Stupid!

Well he went and did it. Donald Trump began to seal the American borders from possible terrorist infiltration, by signing an executive order. Good move...

With the stroke of his pen, people from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen – all states with high incidents of warfare and terror, or terror supporting - are banned from entering the US, effective for an initial and extendable period of 90 days. Every country has a right to secure borders and a sane immigration policy. Severe vetting is wise. Do you think a sign at the airport ‘’No Terrorists Allowed’’ is enough?

The ACLU, and various refugee rights groups ran to file lawsuits against the order, as expected. Protests and calls of ‘racism’ could be heard throughout the left in America.

It’s not about racism, it’s about security stupid!

Several leaders of business and Hi-Tech, spoke out about the need for immigrants and how they make America stronger. That might be true, but they are obfuscating the issue. None of these seven states, send computer engineers, doctors, or other technically advanced workers to the US, in any numbers to speak of.

French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault and German Minister for Foreign Affairs Sigmar Gabriel quickly expressed their concerns about the closure, at a joint press conference in Paris. The Turkish prime minister and Iranian president also joined in the criticism. So have some other world leaders.

I can understand the Iranian frustration, they’re the world’s largest supporter of state-sponsored terrorism. And the prospect of making it more difficult to carry out their agenda, must be disheartening.

But who can understand the French, a country that’s suffered so much Islamic terror in the last few years. All I can say is, well, they’re the French. Maybe that’s why anti-immigrant – or should I re-brand her – pro-security Marine La Pen of the National Front is doing better than ever, in the presidential polls, with elections coming in April.

After the Brexit vote in Britain, and Trump’s victory, pro-security parties throughout Europe are on the ascent. In the Netherlands, Geert Wilders’ Freedom Party; In Italy the Northern League and Five Star Movements; in Germany, where many feel Angela Merkel’s refugee policy has been a disaster, the Alternative for Germany, has gained ground.

All these ‘’far-right populist’’ or better, pro-security parties, seem to be against Arab or Muslim immigrants, why? Is it racism? Ask yourself this politically incorrect question, why is it that almost all the terrorism in the world today, originates with Arabs or Muslims?

Now for my politically incorrect answer. Maybe Islam encourages violence. Maybe Islam is at war with the Judeo-Christian west. Islamic terrorism - asymmetrical warfare - against Israel and Europe is the form that it takes. Israel is under siege from Hamas and other Palestinian groups, Europe is under siege from ISIS.

Donald Trump wants to prevent that from happening to America. What’s wrong with that? A political leaders’ responsibility, is first to his or her own people, doubly so, in times of war.

America First! Israel First! Europe First!

Islam started the fight, they fired the first shots, whether you date it from ISIS in 1999, Al-Qaeda in 1988, the Iranian revolution in1979, or the formation of the Muslim Brotherhood in 1928. The Islamic revival, the global jihad, or whatever you call it, their fight against the west, is in full swing, and it’s about time the west wakes up, before it burkas for you. Or, before your head, ends up mounted on someone’s wall like a trophy.

It’s not about racism, it’s about security stupid!

Israel, The Only True Memorial to Auschwitz

Another International Holocaust Remembrance Day has past, the garden variety neo-Nazis and skinheads still exist, BDS still exists, Hamas still exists, the mullahs are still in charge of Iran, and there are those still trying to kick Jews out of parts of their homeland. It seems the world hasn't learned anything.
The only true memorial to Auschwitz is unflagging support for the Jewish people's right to live in all parts of their ancient homeland, including Judea and Samaria.

The only true memorial to Auschwitz is unequivocal support for the Jewish people's right to live in peace and security in that homeland, without rocket attacks, bombings, shooting attacks, knifings and rock throwing, vehicular or any other terror tactics.
And, the only true memorial to Auschwitz - the culmination of a over a thousand years of anti-Semitism in Europe - is absolute support for the Jewish people's national political creation, the State of Israel.

Let's not forget it was Europeans, the Roman Empire, that massacred, enslaved, and expelled, the Jews from their homeland, Judea, to begin with.
Anti-Zionism has become the new acceptable form of anti-Semitism in the 21st century. Nothing is really new there, that's what the Romans did to Jews and their political state.

Speeches and tears by world leaders, memorial plaques or sculptures, devoid of meaningful CORRECTIVE BEHAVIOR on the world's political stage is trivial, if not downright hypocritical.
Countries and their leaders, need to forcefully address the lies and propaganda of the ''Palestinians'' and the greater Muslim world. They need to side with the Jewish people and the State of Israel - as the Jew's national political vehicle - against trying to divide Jerusalem and the Land of Israel.

And while we're talking about the Muslim world, let's not for get the almost 1,300 years of Dhimmitude - the persecution, terror and second class sufferings of the Jews in Muslim societies. The Muslim world has no reason to forget Auschwitz, if the Europeans hadn't done it first, the Muslims might have.
And, some in the Muslim world today - Iran, Hamas, ISIS, etc. - boast of their plans to carry out another Holocaust.

The Big Lie of the recent vote in UNESCO, disconnecting Jewish history from Jerusalem and the Temple Mount; and the recent UNSC Resolution 2334, disconnecting Jewish history from Judea and Samaria, is a continuation of this pro-Auschwitz mentality.
America's new president, has promised to move the American Embassy to Jerusalem, to support Israel in other ways, to combat Islamic terror, and confront the Iranian nuclear danger. This is a good beginning if carried out. Other world leader's need to follow his example.

The only true memorial to Auschwitz, the only true answer to the Holocaust, the only true repentance on the part of the world community...is unrelenting support for a strong, secure, and thriving Israel, the Jewish State.
Jews and Israel, living in security and peace with the rest of the world, being the ''Light unto the nations'' as prophecied by Isaiah - as Jews have been throughout history, in their positive contributions to world civilization - and will continue to be in the future, is the only true memorial to Auschwitz.
